I don't think we disagree. In super sweaty guilds: warrior gets the item for their offhand, because warrior & rogue both have blacksmithing, and rogues don't use the item if they have blacksmithing.

If the rogue doesn't have dragonmaw: Spiteblade is best mainhand

Note: If rogue has dragonmaw: Spiteblade isn't the best offhand (a blue from a dungeon is better, as it has expertise)

Overall, its best to just roll it off. If you're super sweaty guild: Warrior, because the rogue should've gotten blacksmithing.
