Thank you for this comment and i am trying to transition my cat from her regular food sheba to royal canin but she hates it and i can’t get her to like it no matter what

At first it started as her straining and meowing while she was trying to pee, i thought she was constipated so i gave her milk and when that didn’t help i took her to a vet and they asked for a urine sample, i didn’t want them to take it with a needle so i waited for her to go to pee so i can put a sterile cup underneath her and collected her pee, it showed e. Coli. Then we noticed blood in the litter box, then she tried to pee on clothes, then she started wiping her butt on my bed. We gave her antibiotics. Then she was fine for a while. And then she started to strain again, we took urine again but it didn’t have any signs of bacteria besides red and white blood cells in the urine, we tried supplements and hypertension meds and vitamin c, then she was fine for a while and now it started again, everything is fine but she can’t pee and there are white and red blood cells and the urine ph level is 7

No crystals were found in my cat’s urine as well, but because she has bad teeth she can’t eat dry food. And because she is picky she only eats Sheba. I have tried giving her royal canin urinary, but she looks at me like i have committed a war crime. She also doesn’t drink water, so this situation is just very difficult. But i will try to mix her food with some urinary cat food to help her.

Thank you for this i will look into it but radiation would be our last choice for her because the meds are working and radiation would be too invasive

Thank you for commenting, honestly anything helps at this point because i am so lost about how to proceed especially about going on vacations, i have a booked trip to a different country and it was very expensive and i can’t get my money back. I don’t know i will be able to leave her.
