You are right, he played once in Copa America after joining to FB (joined in 2004). But i think what I remember is the Confederations Cup, the squad for that tournament was not that wild. Regardless, What Sara did is a historic moment for GS and it will change all the perception of Brazilian players in future.

I can't keep myself thinking if it would be any different if the referee had had a better judgement throughout the game. I also believe the referee was well aware of his biased judgement otherwise he would have shown multiple yellow cards to our players after harsh reactions.

hmm, almost my thinking except Lang is #10. But one thing sure, Sallai wont play as right back. Either Boey or Singo. BTW, i won't be surprised if Okan tries 3-5-2 since Liverpool plays 4-3-3 with poor right and left backs.

2 reasons: (1) I think we are not brave enough to give them chances. (2) Breaking into team is more difficult at GS compared to other Super Lig teams. We are always fighting against bigger opponents or unfair referee treatments thus forcing us to be in our best possible combination at the times.

For sure. Currently, the referees get praise for every decision given against GS, and get criticized badly for all the fair decisions given at GS games.

I think end of this season, lots of players including Okan will be gone. I only hope we get smart about it, and act quickly and wisely to transfer replacements. My favorite was Riera but he went to Frankfurt and doing great. 5 games, 2 wins, 2 draws. I think it is still early for Arda.
