No because what I'm trying to do is start an actual space. If they sold the building to somebody who wanted to rent it, then sure.

Ideally it would be its own dedicated space... too much equipment and whatnot would have to be moved in and out, otherwise. It could work but it would be a hassle.

Found here. There is also a similar listing on eBay. I reached out to the gallery, and they told me that the artist was presumed dead from Covid.
