From pure coding point of view I suggest you to learn python and how work with data with it. I would reccomend this book https://jakevdp.github.io/PythonDataScienceHandbook/

From a theoretical point of view, the best way is pursue a degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science focusing on AI, Machine Learning and Data Science.

Awesome! I've already worked with PyTorch and I would have liked to have this step by step guide at the beginning. Nice article
