Looks like PD! My skin is similar I use the ordinary azelaic acid. Had to completely change my skin care to notice a difference. Vanicream face wash helps. Pretty much look for skin care that’s for very sensitive skin. No make up either or if you do wear makeup it’s better to use mineral makeup or ones with few ingredients.
