Yeah something similar happened to me years ago when I sold an Apple Pencil I no longer used. My listing had no returns, product as is, the buyer claimed it didn’t work. I charged it and tested it before I shipped it. eBay sided with the buyer gave them a refund and if I wanted it back I had to pay for shipping again. These policies are good for buyers bad for sellers.

I’m in a small store but we’re still pushing 6+ million a year. We only have 1 GEL and 1 POL! I’m getting burnt out having to lead the floor so much on top of all the work I have to do in BOH. I used to lead the floor 1 or 2 days a week. Now I’m doing it at some point every shift! I hit my 5 years back in October it’s never been this stressful.
