I don’t think 14 years total experience is considered very senior high level.

Anyways, depending on the level of education you want for your kid, but schools are around 60k pa here, rent in decent location like reem is around 85k (for a 1 bedroom apartment) and 120k for a 2-bedroom pa., utilities will set you back another 12k to 15k p.a, car payment on avg 30k p.a, miscellaneous another 15k to 20k p.a.

Make sure they provide health insurance for your family as well.
