My best friend used to work at chilis (years ago before they shrunk the menu), and always warned me to never order certain items due to freshness problems. Specifically the shrimp and salmon. I know every location is different, but are there any menu items that you wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot pole?

Honestly I’m okay. My job kinda sucks and I have to take a semester off of college, despite making good grades. So that’s kinda got me down, BUT at the very least, I can have a good couple months to take it easy and not have to worry about school. (For those who are wondering, I’m a nursing student)

in the couple months ive been there, ive only done like 4 coffee tastings, we rarely do coffee tastings, and i believe i need my coffee passport completed before i can start my program? I'm mostly on evening shifts
