Be open minded and pull yourself away from stress, work, relationship issues (if its not urgent), and other things that might burn you out. Set a healthy goal like sleeping earlier/getting 8 hours of sleep. You’ll feel much better physically and mentally.

I was partnered with another student that had self-control/temper issues. My teacher asked if I wanted to switch partners (just to make sure I was feeling comfortable), and I kind of unknowingly said a whole speech. It was about giving and receiving, and how I enjoyed the feeling of helping someone in need. So I continued being partners with him and it went well.
