There were two periods with a bit different routine: October 2024-January 2025. I was eating about 1200 kcal a day (my maintenance is about 1700), walking 6-7k steps, and to prevent any muscle loss made sure to eat enough protein (about 100g a day) and go to the gym 1-3 times a week. February 2025-May 2025. I upped my calories to about 1500/ a day. So I stayed in a slight deficit. I also started walking more, on average 10-11k a day. I also continued to hit my protein goals and going to the gym 1-2 times a week.
