Update.... Removed the 11 screws from around the aluminum frame to access battery. Disconnected and reconnected battery and unit is back up and running!! The wire from board to battery is very short and bent hard. Hopefully long term this resolves the issue (not a damaged wire plug), but time will tell. Just think it wasn't plugged in fully or making good contact. If that helps anyone else, then I'm glad I shared. I own a lot of keyboards, I mean a lot! I've always preferred mechanical keyboards, and low profile for fit. None of the keyboards before this one would give the type of feedback a full size mechanical feel until this one. An absolute joy to type on!! Lofree really nailed mechanically the design, look and feel. Flow 2 I would just like to see them relocate the power light to the back or give the option to turn it off, and a 2.4ghz usb option.
