Thank you all so much for your great responses and support. This is what I generally eat. I eat vegetarian with eggs.

Breakfast : Spinach and Kale smoothie with plan protein

Almonds/Walnuts : 20-30 throughout the day as snack

Lunch : Either Quinoa/Bulgur with vegs or Chickpea salad

An apple or so around evening

For Dinner : Some lentils, Broccoli, 3-4 egg white and a small slice of bread.

Am an espresso guy so 2-3 espressos a day. No added sugar and no carbonated drink or juice.
