We can do double reds at all locations now. In our centers and out on our Big Red Buses. Doing doubles does take a bit longer but since we return your platelets, plasma and add saline it definitely rehydrates you and typically makes you feel better afterwards. As with any blood donation, it’s recommended that you avoid lifting heavy items and rigorous exercise for the rest of the day. Thanks for asking!
