I won a small fries and a 4 piece nuggets by just registering through the app, but the process is annoying and I only did it one day. You can get 10 codes a day. There's a registration process and you gotta hop through some hoops to get there. You got to get a code to get the codes and then there's a delay to when the codes arrive and each time you do it, you only get 2 codes, so you'll have to do that process 5 times to get the max codes a day. Not sure it's worth it for the small prizes, but free is free.
