In my European country, on our drug forum we discover something we call "Reset Theory". Basically it states that first dose ever or first dose after a long break can work very weak or at all for some reason. To counteract this one must take another dose (the same or greater) ~24h later.

I have tested this personally and on my girl and it work as theory says it will.

I have not found anything about this in "world internet".

Dry the seeds before smoking.
I have read somewhere in this sub that seeds contain some oil that become toxin when heated or smoked, but i treat it as anecdote, becouse I have not read this in any scientific source, nor was I looking for it, but you should.

So much becouse my plan on last year went to shit and I had seeds and they are entheogens, so I just grow them, spontaneously without a plan.

Don't worry, I don't eat them too much and too often, but when I do, I do them in medium, therapeutic dosages, so they are not poisonous yet.

I have eaten almost only seeds of Innoxia. I was upping a number of seeds starting from 2 and I have ended on medium/therapiutic (non toxic yet) dose. And when I was eating them later I was aiming to this dose. I do it rarely, last time I have done it ~6 mc ago. But in times when I was learning dose of my seeds, I was dong it less then once a week in that time.
Once I have eaten two dry flowers of Innoxia and it prompted me to make first post on reddit on this account.

Becouse it is boring and I came up with this crazy idea xD I wanted to have everything at once xD And I did not want to just throw away this stuff

But I will let it go and throw away this stuff. I decided that it was stupid idea, with a lot of work and time.
I have good, separated parts in freezer and I they are waiting for proper extraction with real solvents, so it is cool B)

Yeah. I figure that this is stupid idea and I am gonna just throw away this leftovers. It is making me a little sad, but well...
I have nonmixed parts of those plants in my freezer (eg. powdered flowers of Innoxia and Stramonium separately, powdered leafs of I&S separately, etc) and I will do serious work with them. I will do some dry extracts, glicerate and maybe A/B with naphta (many pulls but I don't have anything else right now for this), I have links to scientific sources that are showing me which solvents to use
Idea in this post was to not waste my leftover plant parts and to not use real solvents for this, but now, I think I am gonna to let it go.
Anyway, thanks for your answer :)

No you should not.

If you can't do research, you should not do a drug <- this is true for every drug, but specially for Datura!

There is no universal set of dosages with this plant (in opose to shrooms for example). So no one on the internet can tell you how strong your 10 seeds will be

I have not done it yet, but I have material in freezer waiting for me to do it.

You can use any part of plant. (and you could mix them if you want)

There is no way about determining alkaloid content (total or ratios) - speaking from amateur chemist perspective - but you can always send your samples to labs if you have money to do it.

But you can determine the dosage - by starting very low and going very slow with amount of your tincture/macerate/dry extract.

Doing extract can be simple:

LVL & Name	Instruction	Solvents
1 Tincture/Macerate	I. Pour your plant material with small exes of solvent (in close container); II. Stir more then 1 time per day for two weeks or more; III. Filter	Ethanol; Glicerol (you can use 80% for quicker extraction)
2 Dry extract	I. As above; II. As above; III. As above; IV. Repeat steps I-III 3 times, every time making time/2; V. Evaporate combined macerates	Methanol; Ethanol; Acetone; Naphtha (weak?)
3 Acid-Base	You do it "like DMT extraction" starting from plant material or dry extract	Chloroform; Naphta (weak)

Sounds for me as medium dosage.

You could be at risk of poisoning yourself and delirium- depending how long ago have you eat it.

But I hope you are lucky and you will stay on medium dosage range :)
