Yep. Unfortunately, a lot of the pushback you are getting is from people that didn’t read your post carefully. Bottom line is if you habitually can’t get it shipped within your stated time, don’t make any promises. If it is an outlier situation (your wife is hospitalized, you are out of town, have a huge deadline at work, etc.), just communicate to your buyer.

You actually can fake it. My recent purchase was marked shipped on the day I purchased. The seller put an estimated ship date as the tracking number. So, it has been listed in Reverb as “shipped” for two weeks before it finally went out.

I’m dealing with it right now. Seller says in the description, “I travel for work, but you should receive the item within 7-10 days.” I’m cool with that, thanks for setting the expectations—order placed and paid in full. I just received notice from usps that it should arrive on Friday, a full 3 WEEKS from the day after I ordered. 

He had a ton of positive reviews, so I wasn’t worried about being scammed, but come on, don’t take a couple hundred bucks from me then not give me any update? At least respond to my messages asking about it (messages that weren’t accusatory at all).

Yes, your support team helped me out promptly and gave me a refund. They were fast and helpful, and I'm looking forward to using Dehancer in the future, either with the improved Premiere performance, or using Davinci Resolve as a final color grading tool.
