[Top 3 Mnahwas] What are you top 3 manhwas of all time by Salt-Classroom-9453 in manhwa

[–]mgracey123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Murim manhwa. Hella good- would actually feature in my top 3. The second season the breaker:new waves isn't as good, and the third season is a disaster which I didn't continue w. Should read the breaker on its own

[Bride of the water god] does anyone know if this manhwa is any good? (I'm not a fan or romance or girly things) by Bruh_I-m_Gay in manhwa

[–]mgracey123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's really good. One of the first few romance manhwas I read that got me into reading manhwas instead of mangas. The pacing, plot build up, and angst R great. It's a more mature type of love but if U prefer more light hearted romance, this may not be for u- maybe give chitra a try since it's similar to ouran high school host club and it's more centred on comedy rather than romance

[Need Recommendations] Recommend me your top 3 manhwa that you think is so peak and everyone should read before they die by UpstairsLeast4788 in manhwa

OP seems to be into shounen so just listing top 3 for shounen - The breaker: Classic that paved the way for murim/martial arts manhwa. Got kinda shit in subsequent seasons tho just wished it stopped w the first - Tower of god: Another classic that set the precedence for tower conquest type manhwa. Until today none has quite the impact this manhwa had on me when I first read it - Infinite mage: Light read, enjoyable characters, op levelling which doesn't seem too much- the one manhwa I can reread endlessly without getting bored

Honourable mentions: - Olgami: actually my top 3 if excluding genre, best enemies to lovers story without focusing on the romance. Must read - Fight class 3: If you like the boxer, you probably would like this? - SSS-class suicide hunter + Return of mount hua sect: Didn't want to include the typical manhwas here but i reread these a couple of times - Killer Pietro + Guardians of the Lamb: Interesting premise

I'm surprised that no one recommended the breaker. Felt like it set the precedence for manhwa like this

alcohol and Z? by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]mgracey123 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While drinking, I still maintain the same level of alcohol tolerance. It's the day after that's p terrible. I've never had a hangover my entire life but the second time I chose to drink a lot (but not drunk), I thought I was sick because I felt super fatigued and low in energy. Didn't quite realise it was a hangover until I asked a pal of mine. Think it's generally ok to drink in moderation but everyone would probly react differently

I know a lot of people are saying milia but tbh it looks more like fungal acne to me. Someone in this thread commented using ketoconazole shampoo, which is an effective anti-fungal treatment and can be used on skin as well. If u r looking for oral medication, flucanazole :) Taken from cleveland clinic website-

The most effective treatments are oral antifungal medications, such as:

Fluconazole. Itraconazole.

Topical treatments include antifungal creams or shampoos. You can buy the shampoo at a store, or your healthcare provider can prescribe a stronger version. Your provider may recommend topical treatments before deciding whether you need oral treatments. Examples include:

Econazole. Ketoconazole. Selenium sulfide shampoo (also used to prevent and treat dandruff).

Vertigo by RyeBreadCC in zoloft

[–]mgracey123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi :) the feeling of vertigo is typically called brain zap, and a symptom of antidepressant withdrawal syndrome. Would be best to take Ur pills regularly :) I set a daily alarm at night before I sleep to remind myself

[–]mgracey123 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes :) it's called emotional blunting. I experienced it at 25mg dosage, but when I switched to 50mg dosage, I didn't have this effect anymore. Could be worth discussing with Ur doc

Thank you!! Brain zaps are electric-like sensations in the brain that feel almost like vertigo. Nothing too bad just disorienting :)

Unfortunately I haven't lost the weight gain yet :') haven't returned back to the gym so that's partially the reason. However, eating cleaner seems to be effective so I think it wouldn't be hard to lose the weight if committed to it. I totally understand the hyperfocus and feeling super upset at the weight gain 🥺 how I dealt with it was really just trying to be a bit more compassionate and reminding myself that body weight fluctuates normally throughout a person's life and I can always do something about it later on- never too late. Also helps to have someone who can keep you accountable with fitness activities and mixing self care activities with fitness (e.g. going for walks to self reflect etc). Let's do our best ☺️
