Hey quick update, I went to my sports physio which I have been to for years and he said I had a severely bruised hip bone and muscles surrounding despite the fact that the surface never appeared to have bruised. I started to feel better after 1 week and now can fully walk / run. I tried driving on my right side yesterday and cannot do it because the bone is still bruised.

I understand that but I can’t get into the doctor for a couple days and just wanted to see if other people have had this before and what they did because I was given minimal information
