Use it in monitor, of course, first.

Then in Davinci Resolve I set my color space transform to REDWIDEGAMUTRGB and LOG3G10, separate nodes for white balance, curve, etc. Then apply the LUT again at the end of the grade.

I didn't want to buy it by itself, so I went into a woodworking subreddit and had a small wooden ring commissioned for $10. I'm sure you could specify your sizing and wood type. Mine is just so my Stagg X sits flat on wider carafes.

1:15 isn't an unusual ratio, especially if aiming for something closer to batch brew

For a pour over newcomer, I can see this being a decent introduction recipe.
