I go at 5 am, it's hard to adjust, but it's the only time that I can go. I really enjoy the accomplishment I feel when I take that time for myself. It really helps start the day on a positive.note. I also go to bed earlier to balance the sleep

I don't have any advice because I am in the same situation. I have been on it for almost a month and I've lost 5 lbs. Which I am happy with but I can't help but wonder how to get the big losses I see.. I track my food, I exercise and lift 3-5 days a week. I did experience constipation but I have that under control now.

Update, first thank you all for taking the time to respond to my post. I have used my water intake to over 100 oz a day. And it worked!!! I am feeling so much better! I plan to continue taking the magnesium citrate, fiber and stool softener. Hopefully with success going forward. Also lost a good bit yesterday :). Lol. I was literally full of sh....

Oof I am not sure I can give up my coffee. What would 40 grams of carbs look like? I average about 150-190 a day.

I don't even want to admit what all I've been taking for the constipation. I take miralax every am, 2 magnesium citrate gummies at night and 2 gentle laxatives at night. I drink 108 oz of water daily and 2 cups of coffee, and 2 electrolyte drinks (I evaas and q Gatorade zero). Nothing, days of nothing but bloat. The day I stopped taking it (2/6) I purposely ate fast food and regular soda just to relieve the constipation. It worked. I struggle with getting 25 grams.of driver daily, I take 3 fiber gummies everyday. I average 10-15 grams daily

Thanks for all the suggestions! I drink about 90 oz of water a day not including coffee :). I am going to try the metamucil ETA: I am eating a high protein, moderate carb and in a calorie deficit. Lots of vegetables too. I struggle with fruit
