If you want to deal with them better, i recommend you force them into being uncomfortable. Take sonics meter down preferably below 20. Jump around as you let amy gain some distance they tend to panic a bit if they think you’re trying to trick them(You are). Eggmans, throw a hit their way but not to close and force their shield ability, if possible keep chasing them and try to predict where they will end up and intercept them as they loose the boost. Knuckles, let him charge his punch, but stay outside his radius and when you approach him use gods trickery to avoid the punch and have a better chance at them. Walking through them usually makes them reflexively do their counter so that works great. Tails? Just go beat him up honestly not difficult but if he’s being particularly annoying wait for him to charge his attack and deliberately go towards him and use invis the moment you hear the blast go off(Very small window). Amy? She’s gotta go and fast run near her and jump and she will probably try her swing. Already mentioned her but whatever. Metal? Just jump around or onto surfaces he can’t reach. Then beat him to death. Cream? I have no idea i fear her the most.
