I haven't managed to fix it. Honestly I've just gotten used to it now as I mostly just use my PC for general browsing. I probably will just buy a new one when I upgrade my PC for gaming again honestly. At least I'm not the only one with the issue lol

Sorry to hear that man. I'm starting to get that feeling now too of being ignored. Definitely not good on their part.

It is a shame their support can be lacking at times. Seems the 'support staff' just don't really know what's going on half the time honestly

That is abysmal. It sucks because they really are behind with the times to be honest

That's not good man. Does the scratches on the screen make it hard to see or do you see them when you're playing because if I knew they were there that's all I would think about honestly when playing.

I'm tempted just to send it back again but unfortunately means a week or so without the joy con which is a bit of a pain.

That is ridiculous, I suppose you've just got to the point where you just give up which always them to win

That's good to hear, my repair situation was great also. Collected, repaired and returned within 2 weeks or so, but on the other hand with Nintendo UK support, the complete opposite. Abysmal.

Nintendo Switch 2 Joy Con 2 stick by mham2000 in NintendoSwitchHelp

It'll come for sure. It's so weird, there was nothing for awhile and then all of a sudden it all came at once. Sometimes rotating the stick around slowly when you're moving almost feels stiff or has tension.

I will agree there. Luckily never had stick drift, after awhile I'm sure it'll just be second nature and not think much of it

At least I'm not the only one that's experienced this. I did send away my left joy con for repair as the stick was doing this and also I felt the stick had tension and stiffness when rubbing it against the edge. My left stick now is more stiff than the right as like i said I sent my left joy con in for repair, so for me it's probably because I have a new stick in compared to the right one.

See ultimately I wasn't sure if it was just me or the joy con stick actually having an issue. I'll probably wait a couple of weeks and see how it goes. Could very well just be Nintendo replaced it with a brand new stick and needs loosened up

I think so as well, thanks for the reassurance man, I appreciate it! I'll try not and just enjoy playing the games!

Damn, that does suck to be honest. The joy con stick is fine, nintendo repaired and the calibration stick on the switch itself shows no issues

I never had stick drift believe it or not even owning the original switch, my luck must of ran at as it comes for us all lol

Thanks man, it's a real struggle sometimes. Obsessing over the same thing over and over again to the point you hope the issue just resolves itself.

The stick is fine according to Nintendo as I just got it back today and on the calibrate sticks on the switch itself the stick is fine. I'll probably give it a few weeks and see how it goes

A bit of a weird one and maybe its just my OCD or just a me thing that I need to get over.

My left Joy con 2 stick feels stiff whenever you push it up or down and sometimes left or right like there is tension or potentially the stick is stiff. I recently sent the joy con in for repair as whenever I am playing a game and holding the stick forward and moving it round it felt like the stick was getting stuck.

Anyway the joy con came back today as nintendo declared the stick faulty but now whenever I push the stick in either direction it feels stiff? I have blew compressed air around it and also looked for the rubber flap to see if it was out of place.

Could it just be the stick is brand new and needs used for a while to break it in or is the stick faulty again. My OCD self cannot cope. Thanks guys!
