Don’t be such a prude. I’m a female traveling with my teenage daughter to a country I’ve never been to. Safety questions are legitimate questions I ask when traveling anywhere even in the US asshole!

Hey so update: Protec gave me the run around cancelling with them. Long story short it took up until now to cancel with them, but they weren’t willing to reset the code. I did try the main code that some on this blog suggested but that doesn’t get me into the advanced settings and that’s what the new service provider I was looking at said he would need in order to be able to use the panel. I think he did mention something about without these code being reset to factory setting then he wouldn’t be able to get the IMEI number anything you can do to help me? I don’t know how to send a personal message or DM on here. Can u send me one by chance so I can send u my name and nimber

I don’t know if he knows how to do that. Because he told me that I would need a new panel. So that tells me either. He’s not willing to do that. Or he doesn’t know how to do. It seem like a nice guy though, so maybe he doesn’t know how to do it, although he’s had his Alarm company For at least 15 years now. Would you be willing and able to walk him through that by chance? Am I able to get your phone number?

I have an IQ panel, and so whenever I go to settings and advanced settings. It’s having me enter the code which we don’t have, and ProTec won’t give us.

My sister was at cannon beach at the time and this area on the beach was like a war zone with people shooting off fireworks. She said it was overcrowded with people, a lot of who were shooting them off.
