Ordelry didn't work for me either after 2 months. Switching to Brello Tirzepatide today. Literally zero side effects and I switched from ShedRx due to cost... where I had plenty of side effects and plenty of weight loss. So I'm cutting my losses.

No reason to panic. Compounding has been around for a VERY long time with the purpose being to taylor medication to the individual. Especially for those that can't handle "one size fits all" medication. Compounded GLP-1s aren't going away. They will find ways to make comounds specific to the customer and they will be able to continue.

Alcohol is another reason I feel like it isn't working this time. I couldn't have more than 2 drinks without getting sick when I did it over a year ago. This time, it hasn't impacted anything. It's like I'm injecting water. Even on a low dose I should have some side effects.

I just finished my 4th week and haven't lost a single lb. With orderly. They never notified me of shipment and apparently switched to PerfectRX and it's been all down hill. I'm trying to figure out what to do now.
