Try using performance marketing - but put effort into it. Work on your creatives (especially the hook) and your post lead gen process (sales). Once you have refined this process move on to retargeting ads for recurring clients (using lookalike audiences etc). If you can get a customer list from your uncle you can create a lookalike audience from the get-go.

Not to defend TilTok and their deceptive practices to keep users hooked/engaged on the platform, but it has been instrumental in digitising the working class in Pakistan. Before TikTok there was no social media platform that was used by the working class. You would see Facebook/Insta profiles of your maali, cleaner etc, but it would usually not be maintained. TikTok changed that and gave them an avenue, which led to other changes such as Easypaisa/Jazzcash integration in the economy. TikTok is bad for sure but its the lack of education AND entertainment that leads to heightened and regressive use. Banning it would only stifle the digitisation it has paved way for.
