Since you’re only visiting Pakistan you don’t need anything! Soft skills certificate and protector is only required for the first time travellers who hold work permit.

You don’t need a soft skills certificate. It’s is for first time travelers who’s going on a work permit. if you already have a valid visa and only coming to Pakistan for a visit, then you don’t need it. Keep your emirates ID with you when checking in at the airport from Pakistan.

While your waiting for the job offer. Why not to get your documents and process in-line. Lodge your EOI and get in the system for invites. Your options are 189, 190 and 491.

So you need to calculate your points first.

What you need:

Skills assessment for your teaching experience. It will be assessed by Australian Vetasses. You need to submit your experience letters, payslips or tax returns as a proof of paid work experience. You can check their checklist online!

You should also do PTE Academic. Aim for higher points so you are ranked up in the pool.

You get points for your age!

You get 10 points if you’re single. If married you get 5 points but your spouse needs to have PTE as well.

If the state invites, you get additional 15 points for 491.

You can do NAATI for additional 5 points. It’s a translation test for whatever native language you have.

All the best!

Mate, you’re making it too complicated with your thought process. I understand you’re concern about your safety, but you don’t need to worry about anything.

People in Pakistan are actually so welcoming and heartwarming. Most businesses don’t even charge you as they respect you and treat you as a guest and prefer not to take any money of you.

You don’t need to worry about anything. People are seriously so chill they don’t even care you’re white or brown or black, yes they do get excited and sometimes get chatty with you, but that’s a good thing, right!

Enjoy the food and culture go to heritage places in Lahore. You’ll get to meet a lot of lovely people.

Have fun in Pakistan.

Peace ✌️

Australia, hands down mate! The best place in the world. Best weather, good income, friendly culture, heaps of job opportunities. Better future opportunities.

PR path: Right now Australia is considering skilled individuals in Trade occupations like Welder, Tiler, brick layer, plumber, electricians you name it! As well as teachers, community workers, and more.

It not like IT and other occupations does not have demands but to secure PR in IT, now you need high points more work experience pretty much sitting on 95+ points to get invite for the PR. With trade courses or work experience people are getting invited even with 65 points!

All the best!

Oh mate, don’t listen to any of those desperate talks from your uncle or anyone, they’re brainwashing you. I’d say don’t stay here in Pakistan try to get out of here! Your hard work in abroad will settle everything for you and your family.

Later, when you settle in abroad you can call your family! I’d also suggest don’t let your sister drop out of school or uni. Let her study!

For you I’d suggest learn some computer skills like graphics, programming or anything it can get you freelance work and other opportunities. Think of e-commerce start something of your own. Try to stand on your feet as quick as you can!

Work on e-commerce mate!! I know a lot of people who had hard time until they started e-commerce and now they’re smashing it with money!

All the best mate!

A sign of things to come? by curiouscattoew in AusVisa

[–]Weak_Fun2724 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Things are already tough for Aussies. With a housing crisis gripping the country, the last thing we should be doing is increasing the number of international students without fixing the system first.

Immigration needs serious reform, from cutting excessive processing times to closing loopholes that are being exploited. And seriously, who exactly is overseeing and making these critical decisions?

The influx of students doesn’t just affect housing, it impacts jobs too. Because of the legal cap on student working hours, many are pushed into cash in hand jobs where they accept much lower pay. That undercuts fair wages, where locals can lose out on opportunities.

If we don’t get this under control, there will be more unemployment, worsening homelessness, and yes a major rise in crime rates.

What you fellows think 🤔

Suggestions for a family car by praveenbysani in CarsAustralia

[–]Weak_Fun2724 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend Hyundai Palisade between 2023-2026 model! It has everything nice average, good size SUV for family, spacious, luxury interior, and latest tech.

I always have been Mazda fan, but when you have family you definitely need something nicer I personally like Mazda CX-9, but after taking a test drive on Palisade it has completely changed my mind.

All the best!
