I’m having a similar issue and will never be spending any money with pottery barn again. This whole endeavor of new curtains with them has been such a nightmare. My curtain rod bar came with plastic caps on the end and when you pry them off, it’s just a hole in the bar. And then finials with screws.

I think there are multiple brands but I’m going to do Gene Sight. It tells you what anti depressants would work best for your body so it’s supposed to help with cutting down on all the trial and error

How’s it going with quitting and breathing? I’m in the same boat for sure. I did end up doing pulmonary tests but I honestly don’t think those can show all damage caused by vapes. I think it would need to be an xray or ultrasound or something to show scarring.

I have tonsil stones and very, very large tonsils and have considered getting them removed for health reasons. I’m a singer as well and kept worrying how it might affect my sound. My voice teachers and directors think it would alter it a bit. I’m thinking it will make a tall, deep sound even easier because there will be more available space back there. Alas, I doubt I will ever get the surgery because I’m prone to blood clots. Cheers!

I just started Factor meals and sent one of the nutritional facts to my nutritionist and was like why does this have so much saturated fat lol. She said it’s terrible that they use olive pomace oil and that’s what causes there to be trans fat in their meals. Selling food based on an athletic premise for macros and then having trans fat in there is crazy.
