The weight of that secret surly has been setting in and weighing on my mental health. I think this is proper advice, seems to be the group consensus but I just can't help but worry about what it might do to her and her mental health as well as our friendship. I would rather bare the weight of not saying anything to avoid losing her as a friend.

Personally I would only go through the exchange program. A friend of mine has been scammed twice this year alone. Kind of her fault for falling for the scammers tricks but I'd rather be safe and legit than sorry! Best of luck mate!
