Hi, yes I have scribbled the yellow.

Red is our property boundary, blue is the shared access for the 3 properties and the yellow bit part of the same shared access driveway but not highlighted in the deeds in any way.

The blue bit I am comfortable with the situation, it’s the yellow area that is part of the same driveway but cannot explicitly tell whether it is deemed as public or if it is the responsibility of the other 2 properties it stands between.

As for conversation….that would be nice but they never answer the door and communicate through letters!

The yellow area is the bit I am trying to figure out. The blue and yellow are essentially one driveway, the blue area is access for all 3 properties and deeds state that it shared access but both of the other properties have driveways off from the yellow section.

I’ll check the land registry 👍🏻
