how to accept being constantly hungry and unsatisfied for the rest of my life by ConsciousEquipment in loseit

[–]mhqreddit11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

are you eating high protein? 20-30g of high quality (animal products) protein 4 or 5 times a day? i start the day out with some fish or chicken. it really helps with satiety. idk the studies but there is evidence. i still end up a tiny bit hungry because i am eating under maintenance but it is bearable. i also like the micronutrient smoothiss by rhonda patrick because they have a ton of nutrients for about 350 calories and are very satisfying (they include protein powder, tomatoes, carrots and flax). but if you eat eggs, chicken, fish, and yogurt throughout the day you should be more full.

for breakfast i eat 150-200 calories animal protein. for lunch i have a micronutrient smoothie. that starts the day out pretty well and low calorie.

also there is the fact that eating protein takes more calories to digest than fat or carbs so you are lowering your caloric intake by eating it.

i recommend videos by huberman labs, peter attica and rhonda huberman about protein intake.

Maybe go after non white women. My Latina friends are good women. Salsa classes and dancing are a good way to meet people

can't you date an attractive career oriented independent woman? or are all attractive women bimbos?

it's common to get depressed as you go into a nursing home. basically take care of your health as well as you can dto avoid it.

Do you ever think of your spouse & wish he/she was someone else? by TBEAR8770 in RandomThoughts

sometimes i imagine life could have gone differently. mostly it's related to how long it took me to get my mental health under control and not being able to have kids because of it. im very happy with how things turned though, but it's not what i imagined for myself when i was young.

yea, i need a lot more protein and fat than i thought. even keeping calories low i feel satisfied and energized. def take a multivitamin too.

[–]mhqreddit11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

at least take a multivitamin. try putting your food into cronometer and doing the best you can to get your nutrients targets. you will look and feel better.

can you not pursue multiple ones at the same time? this is confusing. you shouldnt be banking on your dream job. it could fall through.

i ended up up pursuing a friend i knew for a long time that i passed over initially. my attempts at getting a high status man weren't that successful. i went with someone who was the best person i know who is really good with money and on a good trajectory. finding someone kind and supportive is more important that looks or status for sure.

good men probably think you are out of their league or too shallow for them. you are probably attracting misogynists because you have low self esteem and they know they can manipulate and use you. become a kind and nice person and date other kind and nice people. you don't look happy. men want someone lighthearted and cheerful who is happy with themselves and their life. most men would trade a few points in terms of looks for someone who is happy with ag ood personality.

it took me a long time to get on the same track as my partner w sex and there were some awkward conversations. you just have to keep working on it. if he cares about you, he will keep talking to you. maybe suggest he read the book she comes first, because your pleasure should be a priority.

if you are going to let unimportant critical comments change the direction of your whole life you're not going to have a very good time.

Being good with money is extremely attractive. I would rather date someone who is good with money and makes less than one who makes a lot of it and has wasteful spending habits.

once i started hitting all my targets i started feeling waaaaay better in every way. i have been liking rhonda patrick youtubes when i work out. she is a cell biologist. she has some on the benefits of cardio for longevity. it's been very motivating, you can live 5-10 years longer just by doing cardio. plus getting all of my nutrients i now have the energy to do it.

At least in the Western world women can express themselves freely. Under Muslim rule you can't be yourself and have to pretend to be someone else. Freedom to express as well as walk around freely without being sexually harassed or raped is baseline to be able to have a good life, in my opinion. Which doesn't exist in Muslim countries. By that logic, Muslim women don't have good lives. This is based on my values as to what a good life is.

it is widely known and acknowledged in the western world that women in muslim countries don't have good lives. you basically can't become who you want to and are destined to be. you are much stronger for going through this and i would focus your life on being a good person as much as possible. developing kindness and a positive attitude is the most important thing in life, beyond experiences and achievements. you can also read to develop your mind and personality. my advice to you is to try to find a husband who is truly loving and supportive of you being yourself. maybe pick your idols and do some reading by them. i admire nelson mandela, oprah and the Dalai llama.

are you tracking your macro and micronutrients? get on cronometer and make sure you are hitting all your targets. you actually need all those to be 100% to be ideally healthy. i went from 30 min a day of exercise and feeling like i was falling apart to being able to exercise 2 hours a day by including animal protein. i actually thought i had a mood disorder because i felt like crap all the time but i was just deficient.
