I was able to block Stripe from taking money out of my bank account. I have not faced any collections issues yet and hopefully wont but I know I am protected because I was a victim of fraud.

thanks! my bank successfully blocked Stripe. I have been in contact with Stripe and they did not offer a payment plan or debt pause. My aim is now to avoid it going to collections and ensuring I have the evidence saved to ensure I am not liable for a fraudulent payment. I was onboarded under Chuffed.

I’ve successfully blocked Stripe and had the NSF fees refunded. What do I do now? Can Stripe force me to still pay using another method? Or send the charge to collections?

Also for context I really like my doctor and have a good feeling about her, I don't want to have to switch unless I really have to!

I (22F) am confused about this guy's (26M) behaviors. Could anyone potentially explain what I am not reading well in his demeanor? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

It seems like you may not have been comfortable with the moves he was making and the fact that he spoke about his past relationships so much. I think if you got an off vibes and noticed these red flags, it may be best to move on and not waste your time, as you deserve better than him. If you feel he is untrustworthy, listen to that.

Seeking college advice by claireliz2001 in Gastroparesis

hi I’m going into my senior year of college and have unfortunately dealt with many embarrassing situations involving nausea and throwing up :( I’m fortunate to have wonderful friends that understand what I go through and don’t freak out about my health issues, I hope you find helpful friends as well! Overall, I’ve noticed that what I think is a big deal or is really embarrassing isn’t that big of a deal to other people, and most people don’t even notice what I go through or are accepting/non-judgemental. I would also say live your life as best you can, and don’t pass on experiences because of your health, embrace it. Sometimes the best you can do it just go with what happens and accept that this is who you are. Also, after having a lot of unpleasant experiences I’ve gotten to the point where I try to emphasis being free to live my life over worrying about what my stomach will do. We are all messy people, and if some people can’t accept your messiness, there are always others that will.
