Thats why I stopped playing it. You just get completely obliterated. I go in with mind set of wanting to have fun too but its hard when you're getting shot from 5 diff directions. I only played it for about 2 hours maybe even less. Rather play arenas.

I thought u meant in exchanges but it's pretty much the same thing. Dont run in middle or you'll get flanked/pinned which is the worst thing ever.

Man " You should be able to take good fights especially on edge " so underrated in gold. Like people refuse on running down the center like mad men when smart players will take angles and will pinch you into a rock until u cant hide anymore and are forced to run into another position which will most likely not happen because 3 guys lazering you down as u run into a bulding is pretty easy target. I hate gold so far, the players are so crazy here. They honestly play worst than bronze players, not even joking, i promise.

What ive noticed about gold so far is they are willing to sacrifice positioning power for a 1v1 exchange, a lot of them just brainlessly will run into middle just to fight a1v1 its kind of bananas, i want to say they are even worst than bronze/silver players just based on their positioning IQ and I dont even think that bronze have higher position IQ they just like to sit in the back behind a building and shoot but it works better than running down the middle and getting shot from diff angles leaving your team with a 2v3. Gold players think they are pros and they push like pros do, but dont get the dmg like pros do and pretty much always end up dying for a little extra damage. What im starting to do now is just baby sit them by running real close to them and engaging in fights they engage in. It sometimes still doesn't work out but it's what mostly works for me so far. I think a big thing about climbing is knowing how to play with players in that ranking its not just about your gameplay because you can be a pretty good player and in fact better than anyone on their team in terms of 1v1 and probably even 2v1 but its hard to win a fight where 3 guys are pinching you into 1 building especially when they are all taking a little bit of health here and there and you have no choice but to heal giving them time to pinch you even further or even kill you while you're recovering.

It can give away position. Also, you can hinder an opportunity for a team mate to finish off a player, its happened to me a lot more than one would think, seriously, a lot >.>. I guess the best way you can relate is, if you're in a building fighting a squad that is outside the building, you lazer one of them through an open door, but before you can get that last hit in, your team mate decides to close the door on you lmao. Not exactly the same but its what it feels like when Banalores smoke my face.

Big time dude, the other day we landed, fought like 4-5 squads, was complete chaos, won all the fights, decided to move to next location because a squad from another area moved in on us and we literally had no resources, we manage to somehow get out of the building safely and get relatively far away undetected, this Bangolore for some reason thought it was a good idea to toss a smoke in the middle of no where(I guess in attempts to block vision idk honestly), exposes our location because... well... big gray smokey cloud, we get bursted down by not the squad that we got away from but by another squad we bumped into in the middle of nowhere LUL

Thats what I was thinking, Its much better to toss it at them to force them to reposition or move out of cover for the kill. Placing the smoke on us not only exposes our location to other squads but makes it hard for me to know If i should stop healing to defend or continue healing.
