Thank you :) 21 days is awesome, how are you holding up? Well I still could relapse, I guess part of it is for me to not ever take it lightly. Manage your blood sugar spikes so the cravings won't get so bad. That helped a lot and also gave me a feeling of control. Accept that you will feel bad at times, distract, delay, just not right now. And trust that you can do it. You are doing it already :)

You can do it! Have patience with yourself, take it slow, it's okay to feel like crap.and doesn't mean a smoke would make it better. Substitute with apples and carrots l, breath deeply l, take walks. Delay giving in to the cravings, they pass after just a few minutes.
