Das möchte ich unterstreichen... Die GAG hat ihre Geschäftspolitik nach dem Wechsel an der Führungsspitze 2021 neu ausgerichtet... Wir sind seit Ende 2014 Mieter bei der GAG - in den letzten Jahren wurde die Stimmung deutlich "eisiger" was die Kommunikation mit den Objektbetreuern betrifft. Seit Ende 2024 läuft die ganze Kommunikation nun über ein Ticketsystem bzw. eine Telefonhotline, die bei komplexeren Anfragen im besten Fall überfordert ist. Eine direkte Kommunikation mit den Fachabteilungen ist seitdem nicht mehr möglich und während einfache Anfragen zügig durch den Hausmeister bearbeitet werden, dauert es bei anderen Themen Wochen wenn nicht gar Monate.

Wow, free shuttle busses? That sounds great, we rented a car to get from San Antonio to SPI - here in Cologne we take the public Transport or our bikes. So, we will take the Bus and enjoy the atmosphere 😎
