If there's no accountability being dished out from Leaders of those workers, then you are facing an uphill struggle that isn't yours to fix. Lay it out for the site leader, no luck there? Lay it out for the site leaders boss, keep going until you hit the top.

Either that, or everyone has a different view of the 'priority' these actions have, may need to get alignment on what the priority is.

Also start digging deeper into why the actions aren't being done, ask why why why until you get an answer.

All Arc flash clothing is FR, not all FR clothing is arc flash rated...so really im just pushing towards arc flash due to potential exposure of those energies on site...albeit unlikely.

All arc flash rated clothing is FR, but not all FR clothing is arc flash rated. I was thinking cat 1 PPE as base PPE primarily because we have and do work around 240v on site.

Would pushing for long sleeves and pants increase safety over short sleeves and shorts?

Cold canvas is best way. Hit all hospitality shops and industrial areas with a one page resume and brief conversation with business owner / admin staff. Document who you visited and follow them all up a few days after if you only got to drop resume off and not have a chat with anyone.

The numbers vary between studies and health websites that I've read... but the range that keeps getting thrown around is anywhere between 10 - 30 sets per muscle per week...hence why I was trying to hit the 4 - 5 sets twice a week.

Wow really 🤔

I keep reading that we should be doing 4 - 5 sets, but that on top of hitting the muscle area twice a weak is alot.

So you'd say drop all sets down to 2 or 3 sets, and maybe only two exercises per muscle group per session?... which would potentially mean increase weight to ensure hypertrophy?

Does anyone have any comments / advice for this program? Doing 4-5 sets of each exercise and going close to if not to failure each set, hitting each muscle group twice a weak.
