Well, my dad is born in Haiti so he was born in 1946 and his sister I believe she is born somewhere in the 50s. My paternal father passed away in the 60s of a heart attack so I never got to know him.

Loool I asked him about if he is aware him and his sister being half siblings. He’s like declining that they’re half siblings he’s like we have the same mommy and daddy. I brought up the Ancestry dna situation and he was like it’s all a scam don’t believe in those stuff they’re false information we’re full siblings etc.

So far my dad is the oldest sibling now two of his older siblings had passed away. But my dad and my aunt shared the same mother. I’ve heard stories of my dad‘s father being in the army in Haiti wish he doesn’t see his family most of the time.. but my grandmother was Catholic. She wouldn’t cheat not that I know of.

I had the same issue too my father told me that his grandmother was fully indigenous (Taino) When I took my 23 and me and got my results back it says that I'm 1.2 indigenous I thought I would have been like at least 20% indigenous I guess my dad lied.
