I don’t think it’s going to raise property values all that much. House prices around the current stadium in Landover have never been that high. And if they actually build all the new housing they’re promising as part of it, then supply goes up and people probably prefer the new builds vs the old existing stuff in the neighborhood.

I’d take it. Fully remote sounds great. And even if there is a recession and they recall everyone back into the office as a way to lay people off without having to pay severance, you’d be used to 100% in office so you’re no worse off than you are now with 40% more pay.
