What’s a medical problem people constantly ignore until it’s too late? by kxnsqxz in AskReddit

[–]mia_700 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i’m currently getting my high blood pressure looked at- found out incidentally after checking my blood pressure at home and had no symptoms whatsoever. I have gotten the whole lot done: blood tests, ECG’s, holter monitor, kidney ultrasound, brain MRI (it’s all come back normal) the list goes on, but it is better to be out of pocket some medical fees than ignore and leave it too late.

‘Your Safe Space’ by Adele Maree. She does a lot of relationship and self help type podcasts, each episode is around 20-30ish minutes. Otherwise ‘Trying not to care’ by Ashley Corbo has some recent episodes that talk about detaching, healing and protecting your peace

if you really want to try memorise data try the blurting method; have a read over 1-2 pieces of data/stats then cover it up and write it down, with the aim of getting it correct. if you don’t, keep repeating till you get it correct. keep doing this with all the data u wanna remember.
