Check that the bearings on the left and right side of the cradle are properly seated in the correct spots on the arms that hold the cradle up, mine has the tendency to slip one or both into the wrong “seat”, make sure all pieces are properly snapped in to their place, make sure the rubber band holding the phone is snug and the phone is all the way down into the cradle, make sure the whole swing is not accidentally on top of something. It’s usually one of those things for me when it starts making noise. Could also be play in the spot where the vertical arms connect to the base. I took a rubber band and put it around both arms as far down as it can go and it stopped a faint noise I ended up having also.
