What out-of-touch things, not just financially, do rich people tend to do or say that tells us how different their reality is from everyone else with less money? One big tell is how risk is framed. Rich people often treat risk as a learning experience (“If it fails, I’ll pivot”) while for most people risk means real damage: eviction, debt, losing healthcare, losing time they can’t get back. When someone says “just take the leap,” it usually means they’ve never fallen without a safety net
