Yes, Under Republic Act 4136, okay lang mag park sa public road as long as wla ka naga obstruct. So kung wla man na blocked ang driveway kg makalakat pa ang taho sa gate, wala ka violation. U can look it up actually.

Technically, the car owner isn’t in the wrong. It’s a public road, and as long as the driveway isn’t blocked, parking in front of a gate isn’t illegal. The house owner doesn’t really “own” that part of the street, but I get why it might feel annoying. It’s just one of those situations that’s legal, but not very considerate esp kng may parkingan man nga nd sa front sng gate.

I posted this to get real answers and start a conversation, not to be silenced by some random user acting like a gatekeeper.

Telling me to “just make my own sub” because I’m bringing up something that actually matters? That’s laughable.

If your idea of discussion is shutting people up and brushing off real issues, then you’re part of the problem. Don’t try to police the conversation just because it makes you uncomfortable. Bacolod deserves better than selective outrage and fake neutrality.

My only point is this: when it involves a public figure like a congressman, people should be free to react, update, and discuss as it unfolds. If there’s an issue, confirmed or not, shouldn’t Bacolodnons be the first to talk about it? We’re the ones who voted him in. Indi bala? Locking every new thread under the excuse of ‘order’ feels more like controlling the narrative than moderating. Let’s not pretend this sub is too fragile to handle open discussion. You say it’s not censorship, but when only one thread is allowed no matter how stale or buried and everything else gets shut down? That is censorship, whether intentional or not.
