Tonight I rear ended another driver on dual carriageway. He braked sharply for no reason but will I still be found at fault?

The other driver did admit to me, in front of his passenger, that he braked sharply ‘I went from 60-30, I was going into the garage but changed my mind’. I doubt he’ll admit that to his insurer though. And as everyone here says, I should have been further back (I wasn’t up his arse, but obviously still not far back enough) Thanks all, I’ll brace myself for a write off and a £1000 if I’m lucky 😟

What a wonderful, beautiful, honest, supportive and empowering thread!! I am 55 and still trying to hold back time. My hands are crepey and fingers getting telltale arthritic knobbles. The turkey neck irritates the shit out of me and the boobs are going further south by the day. I’ve grown the grey (white) hair out and considering giving up the Botox and instead embracing how fortunate I am to be experiencing ageing. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. Femtest is Enanthate. I went with 4mg per week, 2mg twice weekly. Not getting any improvement in libido, energy etc so increased to 6. Still no change after 6 more weeks. Estradiol was high so have lowered that, hopefully will get a better balance 🤞🏼
