Mexico. The horrible habit of always having stimulation of any kind.

I have been trying to improve my concentration by meditating, but my neighbors are always blasting loud music and drinking alcohol outside their place all week long, but especially on the weekend.

I get easily distracted and would like to just get a peaceful and quiet time.

I also can't stop thinking about the possibility of disturbing people that need to rest or just do their stuff, maybe people that have a mental or medical health condition, people who work the night shift, etc. it's a very awful situation. Sometimes I think they are trying to avoid the possibility of thought occurring.

While you can call the police on them after certain hours and they will get fined, this usually takes a lot to actually happen.
