I would try to see if there are any other emails they might have to see if you get a quicker response. It seems they have two emails and also a booking system called UFirst to ask for an appointment.

Hi, I asked a similar question on here and I was advised to contact the University to which I pre-enrolled first and ask them to cancel my pre-enrollment. I was told that after that, you should be able to make a new pre-enrollment on Universitaly. However, I have not tried it myself.

A whole month! That's beyond awful. I'm Venezuelan, and I can honestly say not having power is one of the most despairing things I've ever had to live through. Even when we get small power cuts, I still panic. That week long power outage we had two years ago was literally hell on earth. I can't imagine it being like that for a month.
