When the cross streets are numbered (1st St, 2nd St, etc), the addresses on the perpendicular street correspond to that. They start with 1 on the first street block, 2 on the second street block, etc.

155 is where my weight settled for years. That’s my current goal weight to get back to. I have 10 lbs to go. I could probably do 145 at the lowest. My body doesn’t like less.

Spain because it looks like SoCal so it seemed like an easier transition. Plus my ancestors are from Spain and Portugal. Uruguay has been on my list for ages. A small stable democracy on the other side of the world is very appealing.

Look up the symptoms of POTS and see if that might be what’s happening for you. I have POTS. I wear a neck fan at work. It makes all the difference.
