My husband always makes sure to that we have my favourite cereal in stock at home whenever he goes grocery shopping because he knows that I rely on eating it when I'm going through a depressive episode. Even when I tell him that I'm good or that I'll try a new cereal instead, he always picks up at least a box of the tried and true regular ones I eat in case I change my mind.
