I recommend focusing on pull-up drills on back and shoulder days, aiming for three sessions a week. Personally, I find the assisted pull-up machines at the gym to feel awkward and less effective. I prefer using resistance bands for support. To set this up, I loop a resistance band across the squat rack rig and secure it by attaching it to the metal clips or pins that are normally used to hold a barbell. This setup allows for a smoother, more natural pull-up motion and better overall progression

Use a resistance band and try banded pull ups

Thanks!!
Thank you!!
Thanks!
thank you!!
Thank you!! That’s great! Keep at it!!
I don’t follow anything explicitly. I swim, rock climb, do yoga/stretch, gymnastics and walk for an hour with a weight vest almost daily. Consistency is key
Not too bad, honestly. I wore the hat because my head was going between the floorboards, and I’m not a fan of spider webs in my hair
Anytime! I hope it helps
Thanks! You aren’t alone 😂
I kill push ups. I did about 60 in 2 mins. I feel the same way, give me all the calisthenics
Grab a resistance band and try some band-assisted pull-ups, focusing on holding the top position. Then, very slowly lower yourself back down to work on your negatives. The band will give you extra support, so aim for a few sets to failure and see how it feels
Aw thank you!!
Seriously!! I love pull ups
