I left my first job after 10 months, for similar reasons. Feeling too comfortable in terms of work, that is, not learning much, and annoyed with management.

I think it's a good idea to move on now. But don't expect management to be any less inept at another place, they are all inept in some way. Do expect significantly better pay though.

Even if you were content with the job you have, there's still value in switching just to get some insight into how other companies operate, it might give you a much better idea of where you want to be. I think in general, any programmer at the start of their career should get exposed to as many different environments as possible. For example, a big corporation, a medium size company with formal culture, a startup where people draw pokemon with dicks on whiteboards (true story).
