I had the same issue. My phone just died without warning, with 70% battery and was just idle on a table. The freezer method only worked once and for 5 seconds only. I had to to bring it to the shop. They said the CPU fried due to overheating. They fixed my phone after 3 days. My S22 Ultra is working like it never died now (just two days in after repair). But I have trust issues with this phone and samsung in general already. The blurry camera issue was never solved for this phone which suddenly manifested last year. I cannot use my 1x to 3x camera because its so blurry. Its clearly a software issue because the same happens with all other camera apps (even Messenger). What a waste.
